Formal Declaration of Interregnum & Interim Government

To the Citizens of the United Commonwealth,

On the 17th of September 2026, a public call to account was issued to establish the operational status of the Senate, the Judiciary, and Cabinet offices following the President’s resignation on the 20th of August 2026. The prescribed seven (7) day consultation and verification period has elapsed with no response or quorum established from the remaining branches of government.

Pursuant to Article IX (Founder’s Guardianship Collective), institutional paralysis and systemic inactivity are formally declared. In accordance with the Founder’s mandate to preserve constitutional continuity and protect the rights of the citizenry, limited emergency corrective measures are now activated.

I. Mandate & Interim Appointments

Effective immediately, the following temporary appointments are established to restore executive functionality and administrative oversight:

1. Interim President: @Thessara assumes the role of Interim President to direct executive authority, oversee public administration, and guide the Commonwealth toward constitutional restoration.

2. Secretary of Internal Affairs: @Javnia is appointed as Minister of the Interior, charged with maintaining public administration, internal stability, civic registries, and supporting the preparation for restored civil governance.

3. Secretary of the State: @Nordstjerne is appointed as Secretary of State, entrusted with managing state affairs, diplomatic relations, external communications, and inter-national coordination.

II. Scope and Duration

Limited Scope: The Interim Administration operates solely to maintain essential state functions, preserve public order, and prepare the mechanisms required for democratic restoration.
Duration: These measures are temporary. This administration will automatically dissolve upon the swearing-in of a legitimately elected constitutional government.

III. Path to Restoration

The primary directive of this Interim Executive is to establish a clear, transparent timetable for:

1. Re-establishing electoral registries and rules.

2. Opening nominations for legislative and executive offices.

3. Calling general elections to return full governing authority to the citizens of the United Commonwealth.
