Duties and Responsibilities

The Ministry of Defense is responsible for the planning, administration, organization, and development of Zvlokiquix’s national military and defense establishment. Its responsibilities encompass the command, training, equipping, and operational readiness of the nation’s armed forces; the protection of national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and strategic interests; and the development, procurement, maintenance, and modernization of military equipment, facilities, and defense infrastructure.

The Ministry shall prioritize national security, military preparedness, and strategic independence through the advancement of land, naval, and aerial capabilities, military research and development, and the maintenance of effective defensive and retaliatory capabilities. Particular emphasis shall be placed on safeguarding the nation’s island and continental territories, securing territorial waters and national airspace, maintaining rapid mobilization and logistical readiness, and ensuring the armed forces remain capable of responding to conventional, unconventional, and emerging threats.

In accordance with the Foundational Law of Zvlokiquix, the Ministry shall exercise its lawful administrative and legislative authority under the supreme authority of the National Executive while coordinating with other Ministries and Administrative Regions to support national defense, military service, technological advancement, strategic infrastructure, and international security cooperation. The Ministry shall uphold the principles of centralized military command, national sovereignty, and defense independence while ensuring the continued security, stability, and preservation of Zvlokiquix.
