Astreum Ito is the president of the Democratic Republic of Rilicon. With Rilicon’s government’s shaky status, he’s been the president since before the collapse, therefore serving as president for around 20 years. He acts as an effective balance of the people around him, and puts the Republic and its people before anything else.
SLAEVIAN SABAR
Titles and Aliases-Head Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Rilicon
Slaevian Sabar is the emotional ambassador of Rilicon. He attended multiple world meetings, and spoke with the heads of States of many different nations. He has a tendency of losing control of his emotions, and acts as the emotional counter balance when Riliconian delegates appear together.
SABIAN KERBERBUR
Titles and Aliases-Minister of Logic of The Democratic Republic of Rilicon
Sabian Kerberbur is the Minister of Logic in Rilicon. It is a unique position given to him, which covers the responsibilities of a Minister of Finance, along with the responsibility of being an ambassador to specific nations that require a more logical touch than emotional one. Sabian has a strong hold over his emotions, and acts as the logical counter balance when Riliconian delegates appear together.
EDWARD VASHER
Titles and Aliases-Minister of Health of the Democratic Republic of Rilicon, Leading EAST3 Delegate
Edward Vasher is the cold Minister of Health in Rilicon. He puts results before anything else, and rarely shows emotion. He is the main delegate responsible for EAST3 participation, due to the medical implications of specific events in EAST3 territory and surrounding waters. He has a resentment for incompetence, and strongly punishes his subordinates for failure.
TERU MIKAMI
Titles and Aliases-Supreme Court Justice of the Democratic Republic of Rilicon
Teru Mikami is the Supreme Court Justice of Rilicon. He has a strong sense of justice, and follows laws to the letter. Prior to his employment as Supreme Court Justice, he acted as a prosecutor in the courts of InCom. As Supreme Court Justice, he has responsibility of the Capital Punishment Ledger, a book that the Supreme Court Justice must both write the name of the convicted and sign their name to certify capital punishment.
PIENER SEVALD
Titles and Aliases- Vice Admiral, Captain of the R.S. Dignity, “Croc Cooker”
Piener Sevald is the Vice Admiral and Captain of the R.S. Dignity. He both captains the Dignity and leads the fleet with the same name. His alias, “Croc Cooker,” Is a name given to him due to his experiences during a humanitarian mission in the Javnian sea concerning a Javniasuchus Maximus. He was offered the Admiral rank, but respectfully refused.

ANDREW TELLER
Titles and Aliases- CEO of InCom, Governor of the Corporate City State of InCom, “The Corporate Titan”
Andrew Teller is the corporate leader of both a company and a city state. He has been the object of controversy due to offering a military contract to a constituent state instead of to the federal government, along with disputes with nations over InCom’s sovereignty. Andrew has attended world meetings and diplomatic discussions, but the status of InCom is still unclear in the world’s view.
LIGHT MACHIAVELLI
Titles and Aliases- General of InCom’s 7th Ground Division, Co-General of InCom’s 7th Combined Division, “The Prince”
Light Machiavelli is a brutal General of InCom’s 7th Ground Division. He’s known for unusual tactics, guerrilla warfare, and a disregard for morals when the need is necessary. He is the Co-General of InCom’s 7th Combined Division, commanding the division in cooperation with Niccolo Yagami. Light commands 750 men, along with 15 armored vehicles, and 5 tanks.
NICCOLO YAGAMI
Titles and Aliases- Commander of the 7th Naval Division, Co-General of InCom’s 7th Combined Division, “Nico”, “キラ”
Niccolo Yagami, Also known as “Nico”, is the frightening and brutal naval commander of the 7th Naval Division. He is known for “Sacrificing”, a tactic he coined by having a crew guide a ship into a strategic position, before evacuating the crew. While the enemy is attacking the strategically placed decoy, Yagami focuses his assault on the attacking ships. Yagami’s force includes 2 frigates, 4 corvettes, 4 speed boats, 2 logistic ships, one of which is the command ship, C.C.S.I. Kira. The force also includes 6 jet skis, used to quickly and efficiently assault the enemy.
