Under the rule of the “Great Leader,” the population stands at 121.6 million, reflecting a harsh reality rather than grandiose government lies. However, official reports persistently claim a population of 4.176 billion, a figure that is a masterfully woven propaganda rug designed to instill fear and trepidation throughout the world. This figure is a tribute to totalitarian control, forcing the population to believe in a myth of numbers in order to appear more intimidating than it actually is.

Markenberg’s economy throbs with the rhythm of dieselpunk, with massive industrial machines processing steel and fuel. The country’s army is the embodiment of this power, with giant, armored tanks capable of navigating through the eternal snow and steel factories operating tirelessly. This industrial machine provides absolute invulnerability against any invasion, but its outdated nature prevents it from becoming a ruthless force that sweeps away everything in its path.

Logistics in this snow-covered realm are a constant challenge. Armored trains cutting through the snowy plains and airships soaring over the icy deserts are the transportation arteries of Markenberg. But even these colossi cannot hide the fact that the country is slowly depleting its resources.
