Restoring the Government of the United Commonwealth
Citizens of the Commonwealth,
Following the President’s resignation on the 20th of August 2026, and the recent silence within government with the only active institution being the Department of the Treasury led by myself, I am opening this topic in my capacity as the Founding Nation to begin a transparent process for restoring functioning constitutional government.
Article IX, Founder’s Guardianship Collective, provides mechanisms for addressing governmental inactivity and institutional paralysis. Any use of those provisions must respect their limits, preserve citizens’ rights, and serve the restoration of ordinary government.
Before deciding on corrective measures, we need to establish the current position of each branch. I therefore ask:
The Senate’s leadership and sitting Senators Senate) to confirm their status and whether the Senate can convene.
With regret I must relay my disappointment of not having the capacity to fill the rest of the political vacancies in the Judicial department and cabinet offices.
Please respond in this topic within seven (7) days of publication. This is an initial period for gathering information; it does not automatically remove anyone from office or replace the constitutional requirements for determining inactivity.
During this period, we will also verify the governing constitutional text, its ratification record, and any existing laws concerning vacancies, succession, and elections.
If institutional paralysis is established under Article IX, I will publish a specific proposal for the limited corrective measures necessary to restore functionality, including their constitutional basis, scope, duration, and route back to ordinary government.
This notice does not dissolve any branch, appoint a successor, or declare emergency powers activated. Its purpose is to establish the facts, give remaining officials an opportunity to respond, and begin a lawful restoration process.
Citizens are welcome to contribute relevant records, questions, and proposals. Our goal is a government that can serve the Commonwealth again, with public accountability and respect for the Constitution.
The Founding Nation of the United Commonwealth
