Formal Petition for Executive Branch Reset Due to Presidential Vacancy

I am writing to formally bring to your attention the current administrative paralysis affecting our executive branch, following the recent resignation and subsequent inactivity of President Novara.

As the Commonwealth continues to navigate its ongoing legislative and administrative responsibilities, the complete vacancy of the executive office leaves a critical leadership void. Without an active head of government to oversee day-to-day operations, sign legislative measures, or execute executive mandates, our institutional progress risks stalling entirely.

In accordance with our foundational governance framework, specific provisions exist under Article IX, Section 2(b) to address this exact level of administrative deadlock:

(b) If the Government (President, Senate, or Judiciary) becomes completely inactive or paralyzed, the Founder may reset that branch to restore functionality.

Given that the paralysis of the executive branch now directly impacts the stability and efficiency of the United Commonwealth, I urge the Senate to formally acknowledge this vacancy and coordinate with the FGC (Founder’s Guardianship Collective) to initiate the necessary reset of the executive branch. Restoring this functionality is vital to ensuring continuity of governance, maintaining public trust, and allowing our democratic processes to move forward without further delay.
