Proclamation of the Groundbreaking at Tierra Santa
Issued by the Government of the Corporatocracy of Dechikely
Today, the Corporatocracy of Dechikely proudly marks the beginning of one of the most extraordinary construction projects ever undertaken upon its shores: the transformation of Tierra Santa into the sacred heart of the Holy Empire of Deidadios.
With the ceremonial turning of the first earth, a vision shared between two sovereign nations has passed from negotiation and architectural design into physical reality. Upon this ground will rise a magnificent district of worship, pilgrimage, learning, healing, and cultural preservation, crowned by the monumental Grand Basilica of Dios Triumphant.
This ceremony is not merely the beginning of construction.
It is the celebration of a diplomatic achievement, an unprecedented investment, and the creation of a lasting legacy.
A Historic Commitment Fulfilled
Through an agreement totaling €$165 billion, the Holy Empire of Deidadios secured the territory of Tierra Santa and entrusted Dechikely with the responsibility of developing it into a sacred district worthy of its importance to the Deidadiosian people.
Dechikely has formally transferred sovereignty over Tierra Santa to the Holy Empire. In doing so, the Corporatocracy has demonstrated that questions of territory, faith, and national aspiration can be resolved through peaceful negotiation, lawful agreement, and mutual benefit.
The Firm of Dechikely recognizes the profound meaning of Tierra Santa to Deidadios. We therefore accept not only a construction contract, but a historic obligation to build with excellence, precision, dignity, and respect for the sacred character of the land.
Today’s ceremony confirms that this obligation is being fulfilled.
The First Earth Is Turned
Representatives of the Corporatocracy of Dechikely stood alongside officials and religious authorities of the Holy Empire as the future basilica site was formally blessed and dedicated.
Before the assembled delegations, architects, engineers, builders, clergy, and invited guests, the approved vision for Tierra Santa was presented. Ceremonial shovels were raised, the first soil was turned, and construction was officially declared underway.
That moment shall be remembered as the first physical act in the creation of the new Tierra Santa.
Every avenue, sanctuary, garden, residence, school, medical facility, and public plaza that follows will trace its beginning to this ceremony. Long after the machinery has departed and the final stone has been placed, the first turning of earth will remain a symbol of what Dechikely and Deidadios achieved together.
The Grand Basilica of Dios Triumphant
At the center of Tierra Santa will rise the Grand Basilica of Dios Triumphant, the supreme pilgrimage sanctuary of the Holy Empire.
Its great golden dome will stand above the surrounding district and be visible across the waters of the gulf. Beneath it will be constructed immense worship halls, sacred chapels, ceremonial chambers, reliquaries, galleries, processional corridors, and gathering spaces capable of receiving pilgrims from throughout Deidadios and beyond.
The basilica will be surrounded by secondary domed sanctuaries, colonnades, fountains, reflecting pools, gardens, and ceremonial courtyards. Every principal boulevard and pilgrimage route will lead toward the central sanctuary, establishing the basilica as both the architectural and spiritual heart of Tierra Santa.
Dechikelian architects, engineers, construction specialists, manufacturers, and logistical authorities will apply the full measure of their expertise to this undertaking. The Grand Basilica will not simply be large; it will be built to endure as an international landmark and an achievement worthy of the civilization that commissioned it.
Building an Entire Sacred District
The work undertaken by Dechikely extends far beyond the walls of the basilica.
Across approximately 5.25 square kilometers, Tierra Santa will be developed as a unified and carefully planned sacred district. Broad ceremonial avenues will carry pilgrims toward the central sanctuary. Formal gardens, shaded promenades, landscaped courtyards, and reflecting pools will provide places of peace and contemplation.
Pilgrimage residences and guest facilities will welcome those who travel great distances. Religious schools, libraries, and theological institutions will preserve and advance Deidadiosian teaching. Medical facilities and emergency services will protect the welfare of visitors. Administrative buildings, public plazas, transportation systems, utilities, sanitation networks, and security infrastructure will allow the district to operate as a living sacred city.
The surrounding coastline will also be improved to support safe maritime access. Deidadiosian pilgrims will be permitted regulated passage through the gulf waters surrounding Tierra Santa, allowing the faithful to approach the sanctuary by both land and sea.
Nothing within this project will be treated as ordinary.
Every road, garden, building, and public work will contribute to the dignity and purpose of Tierra Santa.
A Triumph of Dechikelian Capability
The Corporatocracy accepts this project as a demonstration of what Dechikelian industry can accomplish.
The redevelopment will employ builders, engineers, architects, equipment operators, transport workers, manufacturers, artisans, security personnel, technicians, and specialists across numerous industries. Domestic companies will supply construction materials, machinery, communications systems, utilities, furnishings, landscaping, and professional services.
The work will stimulate employment and production throughout Dechikely while expanding commercial relations with the Holy Empire. It will also establish Dechikely as the nation responsible for constructing one of the world’s most significant modern pilgrimage centers.
Yet the importance of this achievement cannot be measured only in contracts, employment, or economic activity.
Dechikely is helping to build a place that will shape the spiritual lives of generations.
That is a distinction few nations are ever given.
A Partnership Written in Stone
The groundbreaking at Tierra Santa stands as proof that Dechikely and Deidadios are capable of creating something greater through cooperation than either could achieve through distance or disagreement.
Deidadios has provided the sacred vision, the religious purpose, and the devotion of its people. Dechikely provides the industrial strength, technical knowledge, logistical capacity, and disciplined labor necessary to give that vision physical form.
This partnership will be expressed in stone foundations, golden domes, landscaped avenues, flowing fountains, and sanctuaries filled with worshippers.
It will be visible to every pilgrim who enters Tierra Santa.
It will endure long after the officials present at the groundbreaking have passed into history.
Official Proclamation
The Government of the Corporatocracy of Dechikely hereby declares that the comprehensive construction and redevelopment of Tierra Santa has officially begun.
The first ground has been broken.
The construction authorities have been mobilized.
The engineers and builders have received their charge.
The vision of the Grand Basilica of Dios Triumphant is now becoming reality.
Dechikely reaffirms its commitment to completing this undertaking with technical excellence, fiscal responsibility, architectural magnificence, and full respect for the sovereignty, faith, and traditions of the Holy Empire of Deidadios.
May the basilica’s golden dome one day rise above the gulf as a beacon to the faithful.
May the avenues of Tierra Santa welcome generations of pilgrims.
May this project remain an enduring symbol of peaceful diplomacy and international cooperation.
And may history remember that when the Holy Empire entrusted Dechikely with the construction of its most sacred territory, the Corporatocracy answered not merely with promises, but with builders, machinery, skill, and achievement.
In recognition of the Holy Empire of Deidadios, Father Sergio, and the Sacred Synod of Divine Prelates
For the construction of Tierra Santa and the beginning of a legacy that shall endure for generations.
Signed,
For the Corporatocracy of Dechikely,
Headman Aleko (backed by the Firm)
