SUBJECT: ESTABLISHMENT OF STRATEGIC MARITIME AND AEROSPACE EXCLUSION ZONE

NOVA PRIME - The Ministry of Defense, in coordination with the Directorate of Civil Aviation and the Novaran Navy Command, has officially authorized the establishment of a joint Navigational and Aerospace Hazard Warning for a designated sector of the western Novaran Ocean.

To guarantee the safety of civilian lives, commercial aviation, and international maritime shipping during a scheduled period of high-altitude hazardous aerospace operations, a dual-exclusion zone is established.

The designated coordinates are declared an Absolute Hazardous Operations Zone. All flight paths and maritime shipping lanes intersecting this sector are suspended.

I. EXCLUSION PARAMETERS

Airspace Restriction (NOTAM): Pursuant to NOTAM Ref: RN-AERO-402, all civilian, commercial, and private aircraft are strictly prohibited from entering, transiting, or operating within the designated airspace envelope.
Maritime Surface Restriction (NOTMAR): Pursuant to NOTMAR Ref: RN-MARI-811, all surface vessels, including international cargo carriers, merchant fleets, and local fishing vessels, are strictly prohibited from entering, transiting, or remaining within the designated coordinates. The maritime surface is closed due to extreme hazard risks associated with high-altitude atmospheric staging and falling structural components.

In accordance with the official Novaran Ocean Operational Map, the absolute hazard zone is defined by the following precise coordinate vertices:

These exclusion protocols will be enforced daily during the following operational windows:

Effective Dates: June 21, 2126, through June 23, 2126 (Inclusive)

IV. ENFORCEMENT AND ROUTING INSTRUCTIONS

Evacuation Order: All maritime vessels currently operating within the designated coordinates must evacuate the area prior to 22:00 NST on June 19, 2126.
Active Naval Patrols: Guided-missile destroyers and frigates of the Novaran Navy currently deployed in the western Novaran Ocean will actively patrol the boundaries of this designated corridor to enforce the no-sail mandate and redirect non-compliant vessels.
Aviation Diverts: Air traffic control centers in Nova Prime and Veranport have established mandatory alternative routing corridors to guide all international transit around the restricted airspace envelope.

SUBJECT: SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF MARITIME AND AIR-DEFENSE VALIDATION OPERATIONS

NOVA PRIME - The Ministry of Defense, in coordination with the Novaran Navy and Aerospace Command, formally announces the successful conclusion of our scheduled maritime strike and advanced air-defense validation operations within the western Novaran Ocean.

Following the safe expiration of all active time windows, all temporary maritime and airspace exclusion zones (NOTAM Ref: RN-AERO-402 and NOTMAR Ref: RN-MARI-811) are officially rescinded, and normal civilian transit corridors have been fully restored.

The scheduled operations achieved several key milestones:

I. Naval Cruise Missile Strike Validation

During the active operational window, a Novaran Navy guided-missile destroyer deployed in the western Novaran Ocean successfully launched a state-of-the-art cruise missile. The missile performed a low-altitude sea-skimming flight profile, demonstrating absolute trajectory accuracy before scoring a direct, terminal impact on a decommissioned target vessel positioned within the restricted coordinates.

This operation successfully validated the weapon system’s flight controls, thermal shielding, and structural durability under realistic combat conditions, confirming Novara’s long-range maritime strike capabilities.

II. Advanced Air-Defense Integration and Systems Upgrades

In a parallel operation, Novara’s regional air-defense network was subjected to a rigorous, multi-threat combat simulation. Our land-based and sea-based air-defense batteries, which recently underwent comprehensive technological upgrades utilizing integrated Thessaran technology, successfully demonstrated advanced multi-target tracking, automated threat assessment, and interception-sequence neutralization.

The newly upgraded systems successfully validated their advanced combat capabilities:

Tracking Capacity: The integrated sensor arrays demonstrated the capacity to actively track up to 60 independent targets simultaneously under heavy electronic clutter.
Engagement Capability: The system’s fire-control computers successfully automated local threat prioritization, actively engaging and neutralizing 6 simulated incoming targets at a time.
