This will be the final message from the Norwegian Alliance until the LNS outbreak has concluded.

Given that the Lazarus-Necrosis Syndrome outbreak poses a significant risk to United Jacaria and the Alliance as a whole, effective immediately, all LMTs (except for the heavily quarantined telegraph line used solely to declare that the outbreak has subsided) will be closed until the pandemic has concluded.

We are entering Blackout. Please do not collapse while we are away.

We hope to see you again soon. For now though, this is goodbye from the Democratic Nations.

You can still talk with Nordstjerne, I suppose, but is it really the same?

Well, that was short-lived.

The Jacarian Houses of Legislature have voted to revoke Blackout, as there is no longer any benefit.

Lord High Williamsburg has declared a state of emergency in the Democratic Nations as the LNS outbreak in the Colony of Nordstjerne spread to Copenhagen earlier today. Norwegian Alliance Infectious Disease Teams have already locked down the capital and sealed off the University of Copenhagen, where the outbreak is said to have started. The outbreak was reported by Assistant Professor Alex Williamsburg, daughter of the Lord High Justice, who managed to escape the university before she could be infected.

As a result of the outbreak, all government officials stationed in Copenhagen have been evacuated to Helsinki, where the parliament plans to discuss its options tomorrow. As for us at the Sentinel, we’ve moved to the smaller city of Aarhus, where we plan to stay until the outbreak has been contained.

The Democratic Nations of United Jacaria, after recent breakthroughs in multiversal technology that would allow for economically beneficial trade and actual, long-term diplomatic missions,

Does hereby invite a delegation from every nation of the world to join us in an official summit led by Lord High Williamsburg of United Jacaria for the purpose of discussing important topics such as the status of relations, trade deals, and more.

All parties associated with the United Commonwealth are invited to attend this summit. The only set talking point so far is expanded relationships between the Commonwealth (and individual nations) and United Jacaria in the future. Attending parties are welcome to bring their own topics. To confirm the invitation, please indicate either here or within one of your nation’s threads.

THE FOLLOWING IS AN EMERGENCY BROADCAST FROM THE SCP FOUNDATION.

For the eyes of the signatories of the Copenhagen Accords exclusively.

As Overseer O5-4 of the SCP Foundation and acting Chairman in the absence of my peers, I do hereby broadcast the following orders in accordance with the Copenhagen Accords as signed in Copenhagen, United Jacaria between the Foundation and the Democratic Nations.

The Foundation, an organization that has been dedicated to the protection of humanity for five centuries, has fallen. Our universe is dying, and the world has been plunged into chaos.

SCP-9999 (Death, the Mastermind, Mephistopheles) has bypassed RAISA’s security protocols through the use of its manipulation skills, which have allowed it to breach the PANOPTICON servers and destroy our only response to a Pulled Thread Event.

With our impaired capabilities, SCP-9999 was able to enter our universe’s central node and trigger a Pulled Thread Event.

As approximately 80% of our universe has been unraveled, we’ve evacuated as much of the Foundation’s remaining staff to the Site-626 Vault. I am currently the only member of the Council confirmed to be alive. The rest of Overwatch Command has been reported lost, with the exception of O5-1, O5-11, and the Administrator, whose current whereabouts are unknown. With that being said, as soon as their fates are known, I will be giving the order to perform Operation Open Sea on Site-626.

As the original writers of Open Sea, you know what that entails.
